For more than two decades, Jim has worked in the rooms where leadership actually matters, shipyards, construction sites, manufacturing facilities, and government offices. He has trained thousands of leaders across some of the most demanding organizations in the country, including BAE Systems, General Dynamics, W.M. Jordan, kSARIA, and Camden County.

His Leadership Bridge framework, built around credibility, trust, and communication, is the foundation of everything he teaches, writes, and speaks about.

Jim is the founder of RYVAL Media and the author of Heroic Leadership, Patriotic Leadership, and the forthcoming Crucible Leadership. He speaks, trains, and writes with one purpose: to make better humans at work and in life.
